Michelle
Co-founder & Lead Injector
Michelle is a Registered Nurse and a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience caring for patients across a wide range of settings, including acute care, surgery, and oncology.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Felician University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and carried that excellence forward with a Master's degree in Clinical Informatics from the University of Washington. She also completed a post-masters certificate in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from William Paterson University.
Over the last several years, Michelle has transitioned into aesthetic medicine, continuously building new skills. Her background gives her a rare combination of precision, safety-minded care, and a true understanding of how to help individuals look refreshed while still feeling like themselves.

Pinky
Co-founder & Aesthetic Specialist
Pinky is a Registered Nurse and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as the co-founder of MP Aesthetics, with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Eastwick College and went on to obtain both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Chamberlain University.
With over 22 years of nursing experience and extensive experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Pinky brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to every client interaction. She has a strong medical foundation in comprehensive patient care, wellness, and functional health.
She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is committed to delivering safe, personalized, and evidence-based care. Driven by a passion for aesthetics and wellness, Pinky combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to provide natural-looking, confidence-boosting results tailored to each client's unique goals. As co-founder of MP Aesthetics, she is dedicated to enhancing beauty, confidence, and overall wellness while creating a personalized experience where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and empowered.

Medical Director
Melissa is a Family Medicine Doctor with over 20 years experience in managing rural clinics staffed with mid-levels.
She practiced holistic medicine, and for the last 6 years have transitioned to telemedicine and aesthetic medicine with a focus on weight loss and hormone therapy.
